Quiet & comfy stay
We enjoyed our stay! Rooms were spacious and super comfy, and the Elemis toiletries were a nice touch. Staff were super friendly everywhere—definitely made us feel welcome. The breakfast had a decent variety but the toaster setup was a bit annoying. The pool area could use some upkeep for a spa vibe.

I loved how easy it was to access River Hamble Country Park, perfect for walking and relaxing, and the room was very comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. as a single traveler, I appreciated the ample free parking and good room insulation against noise that made my stay enjoyable, but the restaurant service could definitely use improvement.

Had a great group vacation with friends! We enjoyed a relaxing 25-minute ELEMIS treatment and took advantage of the facilities before resting in a comfortable Standard King Room. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, making our stay enjoyable.
One downside was that some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, and we found some prices in the bar to be quite high. It could use a little freshening up to enhance the overall experience.

The Standard King Room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. Super comfy bed helped us to sleep really well. The fridge and kettle were nice touches. The bathroom was decent, but it could use some more toiletries. Heating was good, but air conditioning wasn’t too reliable. felt cozy but a bit tired compared to other places we've stayed.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay with a lovely visit to the spa where I had a 25-minute ELEMIS treatment and used the facilities. The hotel room was spacious and perfect for our needs. The pool was a great spot for a morning splash with our baby.
In my wife’s opinion, the dining area needs to improve its efficiency. It would be great if they expedited service, especially in the morning when families are trying to get out and about with their kids.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean facilities and easy check-in. The staff were professional and attentive, making the experience pleasant. The on-site spa was welcoming, and I enjoyed relaxing in the pool area. Breakfast featured a variety of options, including fresh pastries and a selection of hot dishes that suited my tastes well.
Wi-Fi was weak in the room, making it difficult to work efficiently.

Room was clean and comfy. some staff seemed uninterested during service.
-
missingWrote a review on 28 Julcinnamon rollsgenerous breakfastclean housekeeping
Oh, those cinnamon rolls were to die for! On top of that, the breakfast offers a generous spread, and the housekeeping really kept things in shipshape. The spa and pool area, while a bit tired, could still be a relaxing nook if you're not too fussy.
-
missingWrote a review on 25 Jullack of character
The hotel feels like a modern box lacking character, with sound insulation that’s practically non-existent. I could hear every noise from neighboring rooms, including late-night disturbances. Breakfast options fell short of expectations for a supposed four-star establishment. cheap bacon and diluted drinks highlighted the lack of quality. The pool area had cleanliness issues, notably with litter floating around, and the décor felt dated and in need of a refresh, contributing to an overall uninspired atmosphere.
